Oak Ranch Estates is a designated Firewise Community. Additional information about the benefits of this designation and the opportunities to prepare your home against wildfires are available by contacting the Firewise Committee chair as indicated in the Directory on this website. The 2024-2025 Certificate of Participation, attached here and also available in the Resources Folder, may be shared with your home insurance company for possible reduction in premiums.

The 2025 OREHOA Annual Meeting of Members was held on Wednesday, December 3, 2025. The 2025 Board received 26 ballots to meet the quorum for a valid election and the meeting continued with both current and new Board members and several residents in attendance. Attached is the draft minutes of this meeting.

The next regular OREHOA Board Meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 . The meeting will begin at 6:30 pm at 600 Ridge Line Drive. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
