Oak Ranch Estates is a designated Firewise Community. Additional information about the benefits of this designation and the opportunities to prepare your home against wildfires are available by contacting the Firewise Committee chair as indicated in the Directory on this website. The 2024-2025 Certificate of Participation, attached here and also available in the Resources Folder, may be shared with your home insurance company for possible reduction in premiums.

The 2025 OREHOA Board has retained JAS Landscape for weekly landscaping service of the 15 acres of common area and trails encompassed in our Association. The landscapers are normally here on Monday and focus on issues as directed by the Common Area Committee Chair or the Board.

The next regular OREHOA Board Meeting will be held on tbd . The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm at 600 Ridge Line Drive. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
